Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you use the Waridi Tech website, online tools, digital content, software development services, creative services and training programs.
Important Information
By using this website or any Waridi Tech service, you agree to follow these terms. A signed project agreement, quotation, invoice, course agreement or written contract may include additional terms. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement will apply to that service.

3. Permitted Use of Our Website and Services
You may use our website and services only for lawful, respectful and authorized purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to access accounts, files, servers or systems without permission.
- Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks or disruptive traffic.
- Bypass security controls, usage limits, access rules or technical restrictions.
- Use our services to infringe copyright, privacy, trademark or other legal rights.
- Process content that you do not own or do not have permission to use.
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute proprietary tools without permission.
- Use our services for fraud, impersonation, harassment or unlawful activity.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, project ownership or payment status.
4. Accounts, Access and Security
Where an account, dashboard or protected project area is provided, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information and notify Waridi Tech promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse or a security problem connected to your account or service.
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, address non-payment, enforce an agreement or maintain service security.
5. Project Quotations, Payments and Client Responsibilities
A quotation or proposal is prepared based on the information available at the time. Additional features, revisions, integrations, content entry, training, hosting, support or scope changes may require a revised price and delivery timeline.
- Deposits, milestones, final balances, taxes and payment deadlines will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or agreement.
- Work may begin after the required deposit, project information and approvals are received.
- The client must provide accurate requirements, content, credentials, feedback and approvals within a reasonable time.
- Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery dates.
- Waridi Tech may pause work, support, hosting or delivery where an agreed payment is overdue.
Fees already used for completed work, licensed items, hosting, domains, third-party services or committed project resources may be non-refundable. Any refund eligibility will depend on the specific agreement, the work already completed and applicable law.
6. Revisions, Approval and Project Delivery
The number of included revisions, review periods and delivery stages will be described in the applicable quotation or project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and reporting material errors within the agreed review or warranty period. Approval, publication, deployment or continued use may be treated as acceptance, subject to any written warranty or agreed correction terms.
7. Intellectual Property and Project Ownership
Waridi Tech keeps ownership of its name, branding, website content, original tools, reusable frameworks, pre-existing code, internal methods, templates and general know-how unless we clearly transfer those rights in writing.
Ownership or licensing of client-specific deliverables will be determined by the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, transfer or handover of final deliverables is subject to full payment of all applicable fees.
Third-party software, fonts, themes, plugins, APIs, stock media and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. The client is responsible for ongoing third-party subscription or license fees after handover where applicable.
8. Client Content and Permissions
You are responsible for the content, data, images, logos, videos, documents and other materials you provide to Waridi Tech. You confirm that you own those materials or have permission to use them for the requested project or service.
You grant Waridi Tech permission to use submitted materials only as reasonably required to evaluate, develop, test, deliver, maintain or support the requested service.
9. Online Tools
Waridi Tech online tools are provided for convenience and general use. We aim to make them useful and reliable, but results may vary depending on file quality, browser support, internet connection, input data and technical limitations.
- Keep backup copies of all original files before using any tool.
- Review generated, converted or edited output before relying on it.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful or violates another person's rights.
- Do not rely on a general online tool as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, engineering or security advice.
Some tools may have additional instructions or notices on their specific pages. Those notices should be read together with these Terms of Service.
10. Waridi Tech Academy
Course schedules, fees, learning format, admission requirements, available support and any refund rules will be communicated during enrollment.
- Course access and learning materials are for the enrolled learner unless stated otherwise.
- Sharing, reselling or reproducing protected course materials is not permitted.
- Certificates, where offered, may depend on attendance, assessments, project work and completion requirements.
- Waridi Tech does not guarantee employment, income, business success or a particular examination result.
- Course schedules, instructors or delivery methods may change where reasonably necessary, with appropriate communication to affected learners.
11. Third-Party Services
Projects and website features may depend on third-party providers such as domain registrars, hosting companies, app stores, payment providers, APIs, plugins, map services, social platforms or email services.
Third-party availability, pricing, policies and technical changes are outside Waridi Tech's direct control. We are not responsible for independent third-party acts, outages or policy decisions, although we may assist within the agreed support scope.
12. Service Availability, Warranties and Results
We aim to provide services with reasonable skill and care. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website, content and free tools are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Business results may depend on many factors outside our control. Waridi Tech does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, revenue, downloads, approvals, employment outcomes or commercial results.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Waridi Tech will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use free website content, online tools or third-party services.
Liability relating to a paid project will be governed primarily by the relevant written agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses or costs arising from unlawful content you provide, violation of another person's rights, misuse of a service or material breach of these terms.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where a user breaches these terms, creates a security risk, uses a service unlawfully, fails to make an agreed payment or causes material harm to Waridi Tech, its users or service providers.
Termination does not remove payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, confidentiality duties or other provisions intended to continue after termination.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These general terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, unless a specific written agreement validly provides otherwise.
The parties should first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an appropriate court, regulator, mediator or other forum with lawful jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices or legal obligations. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Changes will not normally alter an existing signed project agreement unless the parties agree in writing or the change is required by law.
18. Severability and Entire Understanding
If a provision of these general terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These terms, together with any applicable quotation, invoice, enrollment terms or signed agreement, form the relevant understanding between you and Waridi Tech regarding the affected service.
