Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital content (instant access and downloads), all sales are generally final. Once a movie link has been sent to your email, we do not typically offer refunds.
Exceptions for Refunds
We only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
- Delivery Failure: If you did not receive the access link within 24 hours and our technical support cannot resolve the issue.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the criteria above, please contact us via support@wariditech.com with your Transaction Reference (TXN ID) and proof of payment. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Mobile Money or Bank Card) within 5-7 business days, depending on Flutterwave's processing timelines.
